![]() ![]() It therefore looks like there is a problem connected with my original Apple ID. I then downloaded all the other Office apps, and they all work. I then downloaded Word, signed in using my work Office 365 account, and it worked. I then again did a factory reset of the same iPad, but set it up using a new personal Apple ID which I set up just for testing this. I did some research and found a similar issue which was traced to a problem with Linkedin accounts, but I don't have one. ![]() ![]() It still crashed immediately (obviously I didn't sign into my work Office 365 account this time, since I had no opportunity to do so). I even did a factory reset of one of the iPads, set it up as a new iPad with my personal Apple ID, then downloaded only Word. I tried signing out of my Apple ID on each device clearing out my iCloud files signing out from my work Office 365 account from every app resetting all the apps and reinstalling all the apps. I tap the icon, the splash screen comes up, then it quits and the iPad/iPhone goes back to the home screen. Recently, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint always crash immediately upon launching. I've dowloaded various Microsoft apps - Outlook, Onedrive, Skype, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, which I use using my work Office 365 account. ![]() I have 2 iPad Pros and an iPhone all with the latest OS version, which are my personal devices, tied to my personal Apple ID. ![]()
